Denmark New Legal Line Requirements

The Danish Gambling Authority (DGA) published some new marketing requirements, on the 1st of July, for this reason we are obliged to update all our standard legal lines on all external marketing material. The change will be put into place following the publication of a guide on ‘Gambling operator's duty of disclosure when marketing gambling’.
 

In short, the guide is an accounts of the Danish Gambling Authority's handbook on sales promoting arrangements and new executive orders. The executive orders outlines that all gambling operators must inform its consumers of the StopSpillet helpline, the option to self-exclude with ROFUS as well as exhibit the Danish Gambling Authority's label in connection with their marketing.
